Please join us in following these guidelines to help keep our staff, families, and community safe during this COVID-19 pandemic so that we can continue to provide care for your pets.

 

We will be still be scheduling appointments, but to protect our clients and staff, we will not be allowing anyone but employees in the building. We highly encourage drop off appointments, but clients are welcome to sit in the parking lot during your pet(s) visit. Any pickups for supplies, food or medication should be called in before coming to pick up. When arriving at the practice for supply pickups and appointments, please call (813)-685-7751 to let the staff know you are here. We will also be taking all payments by phone.

 

If you have traveled to a high-risk area or have symptoms of fever with cough or shortness of breath, please call and make us aware of the situation so we can appropriately advise you.

We are taking additional precautions by disinfecting doorknobs, desks and other common area surfaces more frequently throughout the day to reduce risk of transmission.

 

Additional guidelines from the CDC:

 

*Wash your hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds before and after going out in public.

 

*Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

 

*Cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze, using a tissue or your inner elbow (not your hands).

 

*When possible maintain a safe social distance (6 feet) between yourself and others and abstain from shaking hands. Please do not be offended if our staff keeps their distance when they come out to help with pets and bring supplies to you. Thank you for helping us keep your pets and community healthy!
