Been a customer for over 10 years. Recently had to say goodbye to one of my fur babies, and the staff made me feel comfortable and loved. They went the extra step to make the experience one of honor and respect, and I never felt rushed when I was saying my goodbyes.

Ty for taking care of Sampson and Gatito. I’ll see you all tomorrow… and the day after that… gotta remind myself to update the review later. I thought I left one before… hmmm… it’s OK. Anyways, this place is good for pet. Staff is nice and the office is clean.

I’m so happy we found Dr. Gordon and his wonderful team! They were so accommodating in getting us in and taking such good care of our doggie Whiskey, who hurt his back leg. Dr. Gordon and his team were so professional and kind and took perfect care of him. Everyone at the office was very welcoming and loving to our Whiskey 🙂 Thank you to Ashley, Shelby, Aryana, and Dr. Gordon! He is already starting to feel better, and I think he is even looking forward to seeing everyone again ☺️

They are the epitome of compassion! Dr. Gordon and the entire staff have taken fantastic care of our Dobermans. They LISTEN! I had to move to this clinic bc my last vet wasn’t listening to me to please remove a growth…the next day I get into Santa Cruz, they immediately remove it…it’s aggressive cancer. It honestly just felt nice to be heard. Since then, each experience has been phenomenal, and we’re incredibly grateful to have finally found the right vet for our family!

Amazing customer service! I live 1 hour and 20 minutes away from this animal clinic, and I can honestly say I will take the drive to get my little fur baby amazing care. Staff is friendly and kind and will go above and beyond to much sure your pet get the best quality care. Shout out to Dr. B and Dr. Gordan for all questions answered and thorough assessment and allowing me to get my puppy in soon as possible when he was sick. Bo the Vet Tech is awesome and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Santa Cruz Animal Clinic.🙂

Very kind and efficient. We had a cat dental surgery, and the doctor explained everything they were doing and what our options were. They made sure we knew what the price range would be with a printout of costs, which was very helpful as well.
